Respected Madam,

We hope that this mail finds you in good health. We extend warmest wishes to you with great joy and honor. This mail may be read as a request for an appointment with The Honorable Chief Minister, Srimati Mamta Banerjee, with reference to the following issues.

1. Earlier intimation regarding glory of Tamralipta Heritage Palace demand for recognition of UNESCO Royal Heritage Palace, Dated 11th January'2024

2. Our blessing of His Holiness, Dalai Lama on 16/05/2025 at Dharmashala.

3. Perspective of tourism, with your leadership, we will create an Era of Revival of Our Ancient Glorious Past, which still stands as a testimony to our rich heritage in this Modern world.

The Buddha was an advocator of peace and friendship among human beings. He also tried his best to convince the monarchs of the time to follow this path and win the hearts of their subjects. In history, many leaders like Emperor Asoka got inspiration from the Buddha's ideals to renounce violence and embrace the path to nonviolence. We can see the culmination of these ideals in Emperor Asoka, who renounced war altogether even after winning a battle. Emperor Asoka sent his Son Mahendra and Daughter Sanghamitra to Sinhala, now Srilanka, to spread Buddhism and Indian culture, and to strengthen international relationship. As per historical evidence, Emperor Asoka used the Tamralipta port, now Medinipur, West Bengal. Emperor Asoka during his reign established a relationship with Tamluk Royal Mayur Bhanga or Mauriya Family.

The teachings of the Buddha remain a guide for many nations and inspire individuals to pursue a path of righteousness and peace.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama has been kind enough to recommend that the Royal Family and the historical significance of the port of Tamralipta should be recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In view of that we are humbly looking forward to your co-operative response by mail. We are requesting You, The Honorable Chief Minister of the State of West Bengal to grant us an appointment as it would be an impossible task to bring success to our endeavor without your great support. We will be very grateful if you consider our plea and honor us with a chance of discussing the matter with You. However, if there are any restrictions, please let us know. We are hoping for Your assistance and response. Finally, we would like to sincerely Thank You.

With respect and gratitude.

May the triple gem protect you with good health, long life, and prosperity.

Yours in Dhamma,

1. Ranima (Wife of 64th King Raja Dr. Dipendra Narayan Roy)

2. Raja Dr. Dipendra Narayan Roy (64th King of Tamralipta Rajbari/Peacock (Mayur) Dynasty of Mahabharata.

3. Prof. Dr. Kanchan Kumar Bhowmik, National Scientist.
